Kate was born at 10:43 a.m. on Monday, August 24.
She weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces, and was 20 1/2 inches long.
We are all doing great and Sam LOVES his new baby sister!

Because Physical Fitness is Extremely Important

In case you didn’t know, I am a managing editor for a successful custom publishing firm. We create magazines for hospitals across the country. In honor of our profession, our department spent last Friday, October 31, mall walking as a team. (Except that I was the only guy in my department who participated. Evidently, the other guys are “way cooler” than me, or so everybody in the company says.)

Anyway, when mall walking, it is important to dress appropriately.
